If you're looking for an amazing cup of coffee paired with some of the best macaroons and other desserts, then look no further. Thierry Chocolaterie Patisserie Cafe is one of my own personal favorite locations downtown. They carry a large selection of flavorful macaroons that change on a daily basis, which can be bought separately or in a box of 7.
